This trip begins with a visit to the famous Basílica de la Virgin de Los Angeles then a climb by road to the crater of Irazu Volcano. You'll then come back down and go to the Lankester Gardens. These gardens are a tropical paradise featuring over 500 species of orchids as well as a bewildering variety of other tropical plants and flowers. This tour continues with a ride through the unique beauty of the famous Orosi Valley and the Reventazon River. The area is known for its rich soil, abundant vegetation and resplendant coffee plantations. Along the way we will visit the oldest operating colonial church in the country .
