1: Volcano and Cloud Forest
Arenal
Volcano is one of the few active volcanos in Latin America - it's
spectacular!
This
eight day, seven-night individually packaged tour (just for two!)
takes you to two areas of magnificent natural beauty and diversity:
Arenal Volcano and the Monteverde Cloud Forest. It offers spectacular
scenery, relaxation and a bit of adventure, along with a definite
touch of class. Enjoy it all for under $900 per person.

Day
1:
You will be met at the arrivals gate of Juan Santamaría
airport and taken by comfortable a/c van to the Hotel Britannia
in downtown San José, where you will stay the night in
a Double Deluxe. |

Day 2:
During the morning, at your convenience, another
van will pick you up and take you to La Fortuna and the Tabacon
Resort. There, you can enjoy Tabacon’s fabulous hot springs,
and relax under the volcano. The night volcano scenes are spectacular!
Enjoy hospitality in a Junior Suite (breakfast included). |

Day 3:
The day is yours to do as you wish. Overnight
at the Tabacon in a Junior Suite. |

Day 4:
The morning is free. At about 2 pm, a Gray
Line minibus will pick you up and take you to enchanting Montevede.
You’ll check in at the lovely Fonda Vela hotel, where you
will overnight in a Junior Suite. |

Day 5:
After breakfast, you’re off to
the exciting Sky Walk for a morning of adventure. The afternoon
and evening are yours to enjoy. And you will spend the night in
a Junior Suite. |

Day 6:
Once you’ve had breakfast, there’s
a three-hour tour of the Monteverde Reserve in store, with a knowledgeable
English-speaking local guide to accompany you. Again, the afternoon
is free, and you’ll overnight in a Junior Suite. |

Day 7:
After breakfast, at your convenience, a comfortable
van will whisk you back to the Hotel Britannia in San José.
The afternoon and evening are yours to sightsee a bit, do some
last-minute shopping, or whatever else. Stay your final night
at the Britannia in a Double Deluxe. |

Day 8:
There will be a van waiting at the Hotel Britannia
at the time necessary to get you to Juan Santamaría airport
two hours prior to your flight home. |
