Whether you`re a budget-conscious traveler or one who prefers to be
surrounded by all the luxuries of home, Flamingo Marina Resort offers a
choice of quality accommodations that cater to your needs. All of which
are spacious, comfortable and tastefully appointed.
In the main facility, there are 2 options: the Deluxe Room and the
Sportsman`s Suite. The 2 include air conditioning, ceiling fans, safety
deposit box, satellite TV, telephone, mini-bar service, private bath
complete with hot shower and a terrace/balcony overlooking the ocean.
The Deluxe is also furnished with 2 double beds and the Sportsman`s
Suite offers a choice of 1 king size bed or 2 double beds.
In addition, the large terrace/balcony in the Sportsman`s Suites
features a private Jacuzzi, cozi rattan furnishings and a well-equipped
bar/kitchenette for entertaining.
Also on the premises but separate from the main facility are 3 additional
options: The Beach Apartment of 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom and the
Luxury Beach Apartment. While all options feature practically all of the
same amenities found in the other 2, these are even more luxurious.
The 2 Bedroom Beach Apartment for instance, has a full bath, kitchen,
living room, dining room and 2 separate bedrooms each furnished with a
queen size bed. The Luxury Apartment is much the same but offers the
added convenience of 2 full baths plus a queen size bed in the 1 bedroom
and 2 single beds in the other. |

Reservations:
Must be made by fax and include a valid credit card number as guarantee. Flamingo Marina Resort will confirm availability within 48 hours. We accept Amex, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club.
All reservations for Easter Week, Christmas and New Years, will require a "Non-Refundable" 100% pre-payment to confirm reservation.
Cancellation Policies:
Green Season and High Season: Cancellations must be made 5 days before clients arrival to avoid 1 night penalty charge. If cancellation is made prior to the 5 days, Flamingo Marina Resort will not reimburse any deposit or payment made, however, it will be credited to your account for future use.
Peak Season (Easter, Christmas, New Years): Cancellation must be made 15 days before clients arrival to avoid full penalty charge. If cancellation is made prior to 15 days, Flamingo Marina Resort will not reimburse any deposit or payment made, however, it will be credited to your account for future use.
Children Policy:
Children under 4 year old free of charged.
Children from 5 to 12 years old will pay $10.00 + tax each, sharing room with an adult.
