beautiful in the world, ideal for swimming,
snorkeling, surfing and a variety of other
water sports. A very nice place to refresh
oneself and recuperate.

Amenities
Four spacious one-room suites,a two-room suite
with a/c and an air-conditioned two bedroom
apartment in the upper building, five ultra-modern
bathrooms, and a large, American-equipped
kitchen are all open onto an extensive outdoor
gallery living space.
Features include a living room with
two-story cathedral ceiling and wraparound
balcony, Costa Rican modern art throughout,
sixteen ceiling fans, satellite TV, stereo's,
personal computer with e-mail access, fax
and swimming pool (40 x 20 feet) with terrace,
lounge chairs, market umbrellas and barbeque.

Quiet and
safe, the estate provides easy access to wonderful
beaches, world-class sport fishing, water
sports, boat cruises, shops, restaurants,
casinos and more.
Staff lives
on premises in a separate servantīs house.
2 maids, 1 gardener, 1 security officer.
Amenities include a complete Irrigation System,
two Water Tanks, Electrical Gate, Carport,
two Parking Places and a Private Road.

goodness, we would not have these splendid
views!), but you have following options:
- Driving to beautiful Manuel
Antonio and National Park beaches takes
five minutes.
- Walking to the same beaches
takes fifteen minutes.
- Jogging through lush tropical
nature to Manuel Antonio beaches -my favorite
and a dream for all who love jogging.

Additionally, you have the option
of full catering, that means that the chef
is purchasing food and drink at the local
markets, following of course your instructions.
The great advantage is that you will not have
to worry about providing food and drink loosing
so your valuable vacation time in markets
and shops. This service is free if you hire
the chef, but please consider that a regular
cash-flow is necessary to provide full catering
which will not be financed by Pelicano Luxury
Mansion & Spa! (nor will the funds of
your safety deposit be available for these
expenses).
